We are one

There is a lot going on in the world right now – especially the bad and the ugly… but there are also beautiful moments too. This video by TV2 Denmark truly reinforces the message that we are not alone, that despite our backgrounds, or what we do for a living now, we connect on so many more levels than first meets the eye.

Thank you once again, Denmark.

I just don’t understand racism, or bigotry, or misogyny, or hatred of someone else’s beliefs or creeds … we are all the same colour when we are cut, when we bleed… most of share the same feelings in the same situations. I have friends who are cleaners, sales managers, artists, CEOs, directors, carpenters, assistants… friends from all walks of life, from varying creeds, colours and countries… I don’t agree with all of their opinions, but I believe that we are all good of heart, and try to treat others the way we would wish to be treated ourselves. I just don’t get why far left and far right extremists don’t understand that we are all the same. Granted, there are some quite evil dudes out there (pedophiles, ISIS, Trump, Le Pen, Hitler, May, psychopaths who commit rape, murder, genocide, etc…) but don’t take the minority who do shit and tarnish the majority with the same brush… humans are too focussed on what is directly around them, they never see the bigger picture. It’s just sad.

Faith and power of self, will hopefully come to arrest the negativity of the multitude that crow about the importance of their positions and titles.
    blessings to you.
